DC / DC Converters SMD Package 1 to 15W

Our range of isolated DC/DC converters in SMD package offers products from 1 to 15W with unregulated or regulated output voltages. All models provide high pin accuracy and are qualified for automated pick-and-place machines.
They can withstand the high temperatures in lead-free reflow solder processes and comply with IPC J-STD-020D standard. All products can also be supplied in tape and reel package.

DC / DC Converter Modules High Performance 3 to 15W

The TEN series is an extensive range of high performance DC/DC converters offering excellent specifications and very high power density in shielded metal packages.
All models are available with wide 2:1 or ultra-wide 4:1 input ranges.
The TEN series models offer an extended operating temperature range of –40 to +85°C and provide an internal EMI-filter to meet EN/UL 55022, class A.

DC / DC Converters High Power Modules 75 to 150W

The new TEP series are a range of ultra-compact high power DC/DC converter modules with 75 to 150W output power. Particulary suitable for industrial applications the modules can also be chassis mounted with screw terminal connection. Aluminium baseplate and attachable heat sinks allow operation with convection cooling. The 75 and 150W models feature wide 4:1 input voltage range and the 100W models have a 2:1 input range.

DC / DC Converters Reinforced Insulation up to 6000V, 2 to 6W

These converter modules provide reinforced insulation with high I/O-isolation voltages rated for 2500 VAC to 4000 VAC. The products come with industrial and medical safety approvals. The (THP-3 series) provides ultra-wide input ranges including a 36 to 160 VDC range for compliance with railroad safety standards.

DC / DC Converters Switching Regulators - POL Converters

The new TSR-1 Series are step-down 1A switching regulators, pin compatible to TO-220 style linear regulators. Very high efficiency allows operation without any heatsink.
The TSR-3 Series are step-down 3A switching regulators with very high efficiency with ultra compact SIP open frame construction.
The TOS series are a range of POL (point-of-load) converters compliant to DOSA standard. There are models in SIP or SMD format available with 6 to 30A maximal output current.

TRACOPOWER offers a large range of fully encapsulated power modules with more than 200 standard models. They are available for PCB mount, chassis mount with screw terminal block or Faston tabs or for installation into standard flush boxes (TIW Series ).
For some models there is a DIN-rail mount adaptor available TMP, TPM and TMT series are safety class II products.
The TMT series has UL 508 listed models and is also approved to medical safety standard EN/UL 60601-1.

AC / DC Power Supplies Waterproof Case

The new TEX series are industrial power supplies in a rugged die-cast aluminium enclosure. The design is water (incl. sea water), ice, oil and dust proof and complies with IP67 and NEMA 4X standards.
They feature a high operating temperature range from –40°C up to 85°C. Safety approval includes ATEX 94/9/EC and IECEx for applications in hazardous locations.

DIN-Rail Mount Power Supplies General Purpose 15 to 240W

The mechanical design of the TSPC series is based on the ruggedized TSP Series for harsh industrial environment but it is cost optimized with less electrical features. The TBL series comes in low profile plastic cases which fit into wall mounted control panels used in building and factory automation. This product has safety approval to the UL 1310 class II, required for commercial and residential applications. The series is extended by the TBL-BC series which is a 60 Watt uninterruptible power supply with a true battery management system included.
The popular TCL series offers also models with DC-input voltage. They are available with detachable screw terminal block or with spring clamp terminals.All series come with a worldwide safety approval package.

DIN-Rail Power Supplies High Performance 70 to 600W

The TSP series models come in a rugged metal case with shock and vibration proof construction. They feature high immunity against electrical disturbances and a high power reserve. The operating temperature range is specified from –25°C to +70°C. All models provide remote On/Off and alarm output. International safety approvals package includes ATEX 94/9/EC certification and IECEx test report for applications in hazardous locations.

The product category comprises 3 serie:
TSP: Single phase input for standard 115/230 VAC Networks
TSP-WR: Ultra wide 85 – 550 VAC input for single and multiphase networks (2-phase operation)
TSP-3P: 3 Phase input as compact cost optimized alternative to AC Transformers, features 200% peak power for 5sec. (for motors, valves and other high start-up loads)

For system applications there are 3 add-on Function Modules available (for TSP and TSP-WR Series):

DIN-Rail Mount Power Supplies Low Profile Metal Case 50 to 600W

The popular TIS series is a range of DIN-rail power supplies in rugged metal case with a very low depth (57 mm for 50 to 150 W models resp. 83 mm for 300 to 600 W models).
For system applications the basic models can be expanded with built-in function modules for true N+1 redundancy operation or to a battery controller to configurate a DC back-up system.
