Sirenza 推出高性能pHEMT
					MMIC 低噪声放大器

					BROOMFIELD, Colo. — June 6, 2007 — Sirenza Microdevices (NASDAQ:SMDI)
today announced the production release of the SPF-5043Z and
SPF-5122Z high performance enhancement mode pHEMT MMIC low
noise amplifiers (LNAs). These LNAs offer sub-1dB noise
figure and high linearity in an easy-to-use active-biased
					gain block configuration.
Fully integrated impedance matching circuitry eliminates
the need for external matching components and
stability-compromising series feedback, and on-chip active
bias circuitry helps to eliminate the risk of performance
degradation associated with process threshold voltage
variation. These new RF MMICs are very compact, easily
integrated, high performance LNA solutions that minimize
design-related issues typically associated with pHEMT or
					GaAs-based FET LNAs.

“This level of performance in a cascadable 50 Ohm MMIC makes
these LNAs ideal solutions for high dynamic range wireless
infrastructure receiver front-ends. The SPF-5 products offer
an exceptional combination of excellent noise figure, high
linearity, bias flexibility, and ease-of-use,” stated Jeff
Gudewicz, Sirenza’s SBU director, standard and catalog
					products.
With the addition of the SPF-5 series of LNAs to its
amplifier portfolio, Sirenza continues to deliver
state-of-the-art technology necessary for success in today’s
					wireless communication systems.”

					Features and Benefits
					• Operating Frequencies: 100-4000 MHz (ideally
					matched from 500-2500MHz)
					• Internally matched to 50 ohms. Requires only DC blocks,
					RF Choke, Bypass caps.
					• Single-supply active biased:
					o SPF-5043Z: 5V/48mA nominal, operation from 3-5V at
					currents <50mA
					o SPF-5122Z: 5V/90mA nominal, operation from 3-5V at
					currents <95mA
o Active-bias provides temperature compensation and
					minimizes effects of
					process threshold voltage variation.
					• Excellent Noise and Linearity Performance:
					o SPF-5043Z @ 5V/48mA, NF<0.8dB, OIP3>33dBm
					o SPF-5122Z @ 5V/90mA, NF<0.65dB, OIP3>38dBm
					• Excellent WCDMA linearity – comparable to 1/4W medium
					PAs.
					• Excellent Gain-Temperature coefficient:
					o SPF-5043Z: -0.006dB/C
					o SPF-5122Z: -0.008dB/C
					• Applications: Cellular, PCS, WCDMA, TDSCDMA, ISM, WiMAX
					receivers
